The initial franchising fee is $30,000. B-Land Beauty offers a 15% discount for veterans.
Candidates will be evaluated for their business savvy, personal affinity for the beauty products category and work ethic. We also look for franchisees who have some form of experience with personal care products sales or retail operations, as well as a personal interest—ideally a passion—for providing personal beauty advice and solutions.
Franchise owners will participate in up to 3 days of ongoing training per year to ensure they are up-to-date on industry trends and new products/services developed by the franchisor. We also have franchise representatives that make site visits to consult with franchisees and offer support and advice.
B-Land Beauty has an established brand that is well-regarded as a locally owned beauty supply retailer. We provide our franchisees with support from site selection, to marketing, to finding the right suppliers.
While most of our stores are currently located in the New York metro market, we are looking into expansion in high-opportunity markets in the Southeast. New York, Rhode Island, Virginia, Maryland, Connecticut, New Jersey, Alabama, Georgia, Tennessee, North Carolina and South Carolina are targets for expansion.
There is no educational requirement beyond a high school degree, but management skills or aptitude will be important. A franchisee must have sufficient managerial skills to recruit, train and supervise a small staff, and be capable of managing administrative tasks or overseeing staff for those tasks.
